Founded in 2010 as a small construction crew pouring slabs across Limpopo, Heroncon soon realised that owning the materials supply unlocks speed and control. A single mobile crusher—purchased to make our own road‑base—pushed us from general construction into heavy civils and, ultimately, full‑scale mining contracting and high‑performance crushing solutions. Today we execute pit‑to‑plant projects for chrome, manganese, copper, iron‑ore, and premium aggregates—still driven by the hands‑on grit that laid those first foundations.
